You can smell it when you break open a bale, see it in the colour, and watch it in how your animals eat. That idea is why TK Meadows exists. Now that our new website is live, we want to properly introduce ourselves. TK Meadows is an Ontario-based hay supplier delivering lab-tested, organically grown hay to barns and farms across the country. We also run seasonal routes into the eastern United States and down to Florida. Our tagline, *Purely Grown, Proudly Delivered*, describes how we work, not just how we'd like to be seen. ### **Meet Tom: From Dairy Farm Roots to 20 Years on the Road** Tom grew up on a dairy farm, where hay wasn't a product. It was a daily responsibility. He learned early that what goes into the feed bunk shows up everywhere else: in milk production, in body condition, and in the overall health of the herd. Early mornings, long days, and a deep respect for good forage were simply part of life. After that, Tom spent more than 20 years as an equine transporter, hauling horses between barns, farms, and show grounds. That work took him into hundreds of barns and showed him what horse owners were dealing with. Some hay looked fine on the outside but was dusty inside. Quality changed from one load to the next. Some suppliers were hard to reach once the delivery was done. Over time, Tom saw a gap between what owners needed and what they were getting. Horse owners and farmers wanted hay they could count on, hay that was consistent, clean, and backed by more than a handshake. He started TK Meadows to fill that gap. ### **The Three Pillars Behind Every Bale** Everything we do comes back to three commitments. They guide how we grow, test, and deliver every load that leaves our hands. #### **1. Lab-Tested Quality** You shouldn't have to guess what you're feeding. Our hay is lab-tested, so you know what's in it before it reaches your barn. Knowing the nutritional value makes it easier to work with your vet or nutritionist on the right feeding program. That holds whether you're managing a performance horse, an easy keeper, or a full barn of livestock. Testing also keeps us consistent. Every batch is held to the same standard, so the hay you pull in February matches the hay you were happy with in October. #### **2. Purely Grown** Our hay is organically grown, with real care for the soil it comes from. We believe healthy fields make healthy feed, and that animals do best on forage that stays as close to natural as possible. We don't use gimmicks or take shortcuts. We grow good hay the right way. #### **3. Proudly Delivered** Tom's years on the road taught him that delivery isn't an afterthought. It's half the job. We offer hay delivery across the country, along with seasonal U.S. routes, so your hay is handled properly from the field to your loft. You can expect clean loads, on-time drop-offs, and a supplier who answers the phone. ### **The Hay We Offer** We keep our lineup focused so we can do [each product](https://www.tkmeadowsfeed.com/products) well. **Timothy Alfalfa Hay** combines the fiber of timothy with the added protein and energy of alfalfa. It's a versatile, well-rounded choice for many horses and mixed barns. **Alfalfa Hay** is richer in protein and calcium. It's popular for animals with higher energy needs and for livestock operations. **Compressed Hay** is compact, tidy, and easy to store and transport. It's practical for smaller spaces, trailers, and show season. Not sure which is right for your animals? [Ask us](https://www.tkmeadowsfeed.com/contact-us-delivery-across-ontario-us-tk-meadows-feed). We'd rather help you choose the right hay than sell you the wrong one. ### **Who We Serve** TK Meadows works with horse owners, boarding and training barns, equestrian facilities, hobby farms, and livestock producers. Some customers have one horse in the back paddock and others run a full commercial operation. Either way, you get the same quality and the same attention. ### **Why It Matters to Us** At the end of the day, TK Meadows is about trust. When you open a bale of our hay, you should know exactly what you're getting and who stands behind it. Tom built this company on the lessons of a dairy farm childhood and two decades in other people's barns. That hasn't changed, and it won't. ### **Order Hay or Get in Touch** Ready to see the difference?
